About San Miguel Cathedral

This cathedral is famous because somewhere inside (no one knows exactly where!) or nearby, it is said that an urn holding the heart and remains of Simón Bolívar. These were given by the Venezuelan government to the city as an honorary symbol of gratitude to the city where Simón died.
